  • Texas Man Claiming To Be African Prince And Doctor Sentenced After Knowingly Spreading HIV

    A Texas man has pleaded guilty after facing charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, only his weapon was his penis.

    Nathaniel Tumbwe was sentenced to 15-years after prosecutors say he knowingly had unprotected sex with two women and withholding the fact that he was suffering from HIV.

    Tumbwe who was standing trial for two separate incidents, is accused of raping one of the women because of his ailing health status. Tumbwe – who refers to himself as a doctor, a reverend and a Zambian prince – also pleaded guilty to a pending case for transmitting HIV to another woman during consensual sex while in a relationship.

    Nathaniel Tumbwe, who has said he is an African prince and a doctor, had unprotected sex with a fellow elder at a Dallas megachurch in 2008, knowing he was HIV positive. She did not learn his HIV status until weeks later.

    Tumbwe agreed to a 15-year sentence, dodging a possible life term if prosecutors had pursued a second charge of aggravated assault.

    He will be deported to his native Zambia at the conclusion of his sentence. His victim is not HIV positive but must be tested annually for 10 years.

  • The Dream Responds To Affair Allegations, States He “Fell Out of Love” With Christina Milan

    R&B singer The Dream has finally decided to open up about what led to his pending divorce from Christina Milian.

    According to The Dream via his letter, the pictures of his alleged affair is not what caused the separation, but that there were marital problems going on for a while.

    “I take FULL RESPONSIBILITY for misleading everyone into thinking everything was fine and okay,” The Dream wrote. “We knew problems existed for a while!”

    The Dream states that part of the issues was that he “fell out of love” with the singer turned actress.

    “I am Human and people fall in and out of Love all the time… This is Life.  Nothing’s promised or perfect, neither am I.  I am not proud that I lost something we once had…LOVE!” The Dream continued. “I’ve always been a Loving Father, Hard Worker, Generous, Stern and Eager to prove myself.  My faults are I can be irresponsible and an ass sometimes, but I HAVE NEVER and WILL NEVER be a malicious person or wish harm to anyone, especially those I love or the mother of my child. “

    Making his marriage sound more like a championship game, The Dream has decided to put to rest any possible hope for reconciliation.

    “I was just simply scared and embarrassed to let everyone know we WERE FAILING and HAVE NOW FAILED!”

    First I want to thank God for the trials of life, without them we can’t know purpose!

    I would love to tell the truth as to why my relationship wasn’t successful, but today that is between me and Christina. Its easy to say that it’s because of another woman or a new relationship but truthfully, IT’S NOT.

    I take FULL RESPONSIBILITY for misleading everyone into thinking everything was fine and okay when we knew problems existed for awhile! I wanted to speak up but we decided it wasn’t for anyone to know. I would NEVER intentionally hurt a soul and everyone around me knows that! There was so much going on in me and Christina’s personal world that I tried to deal with it as delicately as I could and tried to regain my footing. Instead of being direct in order not to cause even more hurt or hurt someone’s feelings, I carried the weight in secret!

    I am Human and people fall in and out of Love all the time… This is Life.  Nothing’s promised or perfect, neither am I.  I am not proud that I lost something we once had…LOVE!  I’ve always been a Loving Father, Hard Worker, Generous, Stern and Eager to prove myself.  My faults are I can be irresponsible and an ass sometimes, but I HAVE NEVER and WILL NEVER be a malicious person or wish harm to anyone, especially those I love or the mother of my child.  I’m sorry for the embarrassment to everyone involved!  If there’s anyone to blame and you can’t fathom this happening, please blame me and me alone for not being upfront!  Even though we were trying to overcome personal things between us, I was just simply scared and embarrassed to let everyone know we WERE FAILING and HAVE NOW FAILED!

    This is not to justify anything, it’s true emotion! It’s a real thing that involves real people!  I’ve cried about this for months, after interviews, after prayer and I’ve tried to take my own life at a point because of the failure that was looming.

    But I was reminded by my MOTHER that I am not “Superman” and its okay to lose sometimes…

    This too shall pass! And everything will be fine!

  • Pink rushed to hospital after on-stage accident

    Singer Pink has been rushed to the hospital after being injured during a show.While performing in Nuremberg, Germany on Thursday, the singer fell out of a harness and into a barricade, Gossip Cop reports.She was quickly escorted off stage and into an ambulance.

    Shortly after, Pink apologized to fans at the concert, saying, “I am so so so sorry to end the show that way. I am embarassed and very sorry.”

    However, she did find one thing “cool” about the experience, also tweeting, “Getting xrays. I hope it at least looked cool!!!”

    After leaving the hospital, Pink followed up on Twitter again, saying, “Ok all my lovers out there- nothings broken, no fluid in the lungs, just seriously sore.”

  • Snoop Dogg Calls Out Manny Pacquiao; “Take The Blood Test, Stop Bullsh*ttin”

    Snoop Dogg is issuing a video message to boxers Manny Pacquiaoand Floyd Mayweather.

    The boxers are still “dancing” around the idea of getting into the ring after Pacquiao refused to testing to ensure he was not taking perform enhancement drugs.

    Snoop’s not having it and in a viral video he told the Welter Weight champion how he really felt saying,

    “Pacquiao take the blood test, quit being scared…get in the mothaf*cking ring. If you really a boxer show that you ain’t dirty…you bullsh*ttin.”

  • Lil Wayne Owes Over A Million To IRS, Tax Records Leaked Online

    Lil Wane’s finances seem to be in a little disarray while he finishes up his jail bid.

    According to The Detroit News, the IRS filed a $1.13 million tax lien against Weezy last month.

    Wayne previously had a tax problem in 2008 but quickly took care of the matter by paying $977,840.

    The lien for $1,138,760 was filed on June 3rd in Dade County, Florida Circuit Court and he appears to owe for 2004, 2005 and 2007.

    For some reason, I doubt this is a serious as it sounds.  He’ll probably pay that off with the first month sales of Drake’s“Thank Me Later” release.

  • Top Rank has “Money” time count down clock for Mayweather deadline decision

    By Jason Kim: Top Rank appears to be having fun with the mid-July deadline that Bob Arum has given for Floyd Mayweather Jr. to decide whether he’ll accept the contract proposal that Arum sent over to Mayweather last week for a fight against Manny Pacquiao on November 13th. At the Top Rank website there’s a “Money” time clock counting down how much time Mayweather has before the July 15th deadline on Friday.

    For Mayweather to speak up an save the fight with Pacquiao, he’s got until midnight on Friday to take the fight. If not, then Arum is prepared to move on and match Pacquiao up against either Antonio Margarito or Miguel Cotto next. Arum isn’t saying which fighter will end up getting the lucky Pacquiao bout, as he’s kept it pretty quiet about who will be the one.

    Margarito has the bad luck of not having a boxing license to fight in the United States, and that may be reason enough for Arum not to select him as the next choice for Pacquiao. Arum was hoping to put Pacquiao’s next fight in the large Cowboy Stadium on November 13th, but that will only be possible if he selects Cotto, because Margarito probably won’t have his boxing license back by November unless Arum moves quickly and can help him attain it from the California Athletic Commission.

    Arum seems to be pretty much set on having Pacquiao fight only Cotto or Margarito next. Arum unfortunately doesn’t have any other semi-big stars near that weight class. He took a chance by matching Joshua Clottey, one of his less popular fighters in his stable, in the last fight with Pacquiao but that didn’t turn out too well in terms of pay-per-view buys and selling tickets. It could be the same again if Margarito is selected, because right now he’s not huge star in the U.S. and there’s been a lot of fallout from his hand wrap incident and subsequent loss of his boxing license from his fight against Shane Mosley last year.

  • Pusha T Hints At Signing To Kanye West’s G.O.O.D. Music Label [Video]

    Pusha T of the Clipse is set to release a solo mixtape and has rumors swirling after hinting that he’s joining Kanye West at his G.O.O.D. Music label.

    The move would allow the Virginia rapper to join G.O.O.D. Music’s roster of artists including Kid Cudi, Big Sean and Consequence.

    The news of his reported signing was broken in an interview withMTV News when the rapper revealed that he’d be releasing his The Fear Of God mixtape September 14th, the same day as Kanye, Cudi, Sean and Consequence, a day they call “G.O.O.D. Music Day.”

    Speaking on his September 14th release date Pusha tells MTV,

    “It’s a great day for music, but it’s a GOOD day. I mean, you know. I been to Hawaii. Hawaii is a nice place. Good music is made down there, ya know. So, yeah, I was there. I can’t say too much about that. I think everybody’s gonna be in for a big surprise. A very big surprise.”

  • Trill Entertainment and Lil’ Boosie Lawyer Under Investigation For Witness Tampering

    Trill Entertainment CEOs Melvin Vernell Jr. and Marcus Roach will once again be tried in court for charges stemming from an assault against up and coming rapper Bruce “Beelow” Moore for allegedly bootlegging the labels music.

    According to published reports, the retrial is a result of the lawyer who represented the Baton Rogue Hip-Hop label facing criminal charges for allegedly interfering with a criminal probe by attempting to have attempted murder charges against Vernell and Roach dismissed.

    Attorney Peter Q. John is currently standing trial to clarify to the courts why the witnesses and plaintiff in the case received a settlement after the criminal case was dropped and no civil case was filed.

    Authorities suspect that the lack of cooperation from witnesses and Beelow were partly due to intimidation by Vernell and Roach, who allegedly harassed witnesses involved with the case and the promises of John who negotiated a settlement for the men injured in the shooting after the case was dropped at Beelow’s request.

    Prosecutors also accuse the self-proclaimed “Thugs Lawyer” of conspiracy, obstruction of justice, perjury and theft, alleging that he had access to advanced information in the grand jury proceedings.

    John is also accused of presenting false information designed to clear Vernell and Roach of the attempted murder charges.

    According to John, prosecutors failed to present enough evidence to the grand jury, facts which would have shown that he legally negotiated a settlement with the two victims and has done nothing outside of the legal parameters he is given as a lawyer.

    Although the initial charges against Vernell and Roach were dropped because prosecutors took too long to try the case, the pair will stand trial for a second time, facing charges of aggravated battery, aggravated assault with a firearm and possession of an illegal firearm by a convicted felon .

    In addition to representing Vernell and Roach and himself, John is reportedly on retainer for the label and is the lead lawyer in Lil’ Boosie’s first degree murder trial.

    Boosie, who has pleaded not guilty for his alleged role in the December 2009 shooting death of Christopher “Nussie” Jackson, is currently incarcerated pending his trial and under investigation for a possible five murders.

    Vernell and Roach are currently free on $350,000 bond.
