Super producer Rodney “Dark Child” Jerkins has revealed that he will be releasing a new Michael Jackson album with new material.

In an interview with VladTv.com, Jerkins revealed that he has a lot of unreleased tracks that he plans on releasing as a tribute to the late great King of Pop.

Although it hasn’t gained official clearance, Jerkins states that the album will be coming soon.

“You know there is a lot of red tape, but it’s definitely going to happen.”

In the interview Jerkins and Ray J also recalled what it was like working with Michael Jackson.

“It was a blessing and a dream of mine since I was a kid,” Rodney said. “Ever since I was 11-years old, I knew I wanted to be a producer and I knew I wanted to work with him.”

Jerkins also states that Michael played a huge role in teaching him the business and how to publish his music.

“[Michael] played a big part in me learning how to publish my music,” Jerkins continued. “I knew a little about publishing when I came into the game at 16, but when I started working with Michael I was 20 and he taught me about buying publishing and acquiring a catalogue at a young age. So I started buying other people’s catalogues and I am still buying people’s catalogues and it was because Michael taught me the system.”

In addition to knowing the business side of Michael, Jerkins states that Jackson was a lot more down to earth than people thought.

“Michael was quiet with people he didn’t know,” Jerkins said. “But Michael and I used to kick it in Miami and we kicked it in New York all the time. When “Rock My World” came out, he actually let me test the single at the Ruckers in New York before the single was released; that’s how cool he was.”

Looks like R&B crooner The Dream was somewhat honest in the letter he penned about the pending divorce from pop singer Christina Milian.

As previously reported in the letter, The Dream states that the couple’s marital issues had been going on “for a while” and in documents that were obtained by TMZ, it appears to be true.

According to TMZ, the court records show that The Dream actually filed for divorce from Milian prior to the birth of their daughter stating that the marriage was “irretrievably broken.”

The papers, which were filed on February 17, also show that The Dream claims that “There is no hope for reconciliation.”

Although The Dream  and his “other woman” have reportedly decided to speak out about the separation, Milian has remained tight lipped about the pending divorce, only asking people to respect her privacy with the matter.

The G-Unit General who lost over 50 pounds for a movie role previously held “Forever Young Day” in his hometown of Jamaica, Queens to promote positive change in youth.

Now 50’s teaming up with the world’s largest bone marrow center to save lives by becoming a donor, making him eligible to help leukemia patients searching for a match.

50 Cent made the announcement on Twitter telling his 2 million plus followers,

“I’m now registered as a bone marrow donor…I signed up and I’m urging all my fans to sign up.Help Save A Life!”

Fifty also shared a picture of himself after swabbing his mouth to become registered in the official “Be The Match Registry.”

Swizz Beatz is denying reports that he’s set to wed his fiancée Alicia Keys this weekend in a private wedding ceremony.

Just a few short weeks after his ex-wife Mashonda said that shewould not attend his nuptials to the pregnant singer, Beatz is speaking out on his bride to be.

Speaking on the rumors that the two were set to be man and wife the weekend of the 24-25, Swizzy says that his union with Keys is “pure” no matter what people say or think.

He tells OK Magazine,

“Well its not this weekend! But you know, we’re excited. Our union is amazing. Our union is pure. Our union is positive no matter what people say or what people think, time will tell everything and you know, silence is the best thing. We just keep it private and we do our thing and just have fun with it.”

He also revealed to the magazine that their wedding will be intimate without gimmicks and full of their close friends.

“[The wedding ceremony will be] just an amazing day. Very intimate. It’s not a superstar wedding. It’s not a gimmicky wedding. It’s a true bond of love, you know, that’s not based on having the most famous person sitting there while you’re doing it. It’s about having the closest people who really understand you as a person and that really have love for you. So it’s a small situation.”

Swizzy also denied having anything to do with the firing of Keys’ longtime manager Jeff Robinson and toldMissInfo.Tv.

“I’m too busy to fire anybody. I’m wrapping up my album, plus both Lenny Kravitz and Coldplay projects. Also, people need to just accept change.”

Teen singing sensation Justin Bieber is dishing details on his favorite acts in Hip-Hop and relationship with Drake.

The Canadian singer is on a world tour, traveling from city to city and performing his hits including his hit singles “Baby” featuring Ludacris and “Somebody To Love” which features Usher on the remix.

In his latest interview Bieber says his fellow Canadian Drake is like a big brother to him and boasts about knowing all the lyrics to 2pac’s “Thug Nation” by the time he was 10.

He tells VIBE that in his I-Pod is Lil Wayne, who he calls his favorite, as well as Michael Jackson, Eminem and rap legends like 2Pac and Biggie.

“My iPod is really scattered. Boys II Men, Snoop, Prince, Eminem, Michael Jackson, AC/DC, Gucci Mane, all of Young Money… Lil Wayne is my favorite, Biggie, Pac—my dad introduced me to 2Pac when I was nine and I could rap all of Thug Nation by the time I was 10. Front to back, I could still do it.”

Bieber proves that he can still remember classic cuts from Pac by reciting lyrics from “Dear Mama” and when asked byVIBE if his street cred is still intact he replies,

“A little bit…”

The 16-year-old pop star also touched on his relationship with Drake who he says has reminded him to stay humble and be himself.

“He’s great. He’s a really good artist. He’s like my big brother. He definitely tells me to have fun with what I’m doing and stay humble. It’s really important. I’m touring right now and writing a little bit on the bus. Seeing new cities and different crowd reactions. I think that really [my success] is because I’m genuine. I’m myself. I don’t hold back. I’m just being me and doing what I love and having fun. People like that. People can see character and whether you’re doing it for the money or definitely love doing it for real.”

R&B crooner Ne-Yo has decided to discuss his opinion on the Chris Brown and Rihanna saga and feels that it is time for everyone to move on.

In an interview with Access Hollywood, Ne-Yo stated that although the incident was “terrible,” people should let the pop singer move forward with his career.

“Chris Brown is a talented guy,” Ne-Yo said. “He is an incredible performer and no one can take that away from him. I think that for some reason it is taking the world too long to forgive this guy”

Ne-Yo also revealed that he grew up in a home where domestic violence occurred daily and still harbors no resentment toward the singer.

“I know what that world is,” Ne-Yo said. “I grew up in a house where my mom was abused all the time. I know how terrible it is, but I also know that forgiveness is divine and we really need to forgive him and move on.”

Neptune Pharrell has given his blessing in the label bid for Clipse member Pusha T.

In an interview with MTV.com, Pharrell states that he is happy for Pusha and he feels that a move to Kanye West’s G.O.O.D Music label would be a great move for both Yeezy and Pusha.

“I think that it would be a great look for both of them. Kanye is a dope producer and Pusha is a great lyricist…and I think that it would be classic for the two of them to work together.”

Besides endorsing Pusha T, Pharrrell also spoke on his brother Malice and what he hopes for the future of the duo.

“I think that lyrically they are both geniuses,” Pharrell continued. “I want them to grow and gain experience because they are both one of the greats and are well respected by some of the greats in the game.”

I don’t know where Pusha is going, but I hope that it is on G.O.O.D music, something tells me that the Kanye/Pusha collabo would change the game.
